Nudge is a macOS app that runs entirely on your Mac. It has no server of its own and does not have an account system. In short: your session data never leaves your computer, and we don't track you.
To show you what your Claude Code sessions are doing, Nudge reads local files on your Mac — your Claude Code session transcripts and related data under your home folder, and your token-usage totals. This information is displayed only on your Mac and is never uploaded anywhere by Nudge.
When you enter a license key, Nudge contacts Lemon Squeezy's licensing service to check that the key is valid, sending your license key and a device name (your Mac's name) to identify the activation. While a license is active, Nudge re-checks it occasionally. This is the only network request Nudge makes, and only when you've entered a key.
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment and any applicable taxes. Information you enter at checkout is handled under Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy. Nudge never sees your payment details.
Nudge contains no analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking SDKs, and does not collect usage telemetry.
