This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Christoffer Jacobsen ("we", "us"), the developer of Nudge (the "Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use the Software on the Mac computers you own or control, up to the activation limit tied to your license key (currently 1 device). The license is a one-time purchase — you pay once and may keep using the version you bought.
Your license key identifies your purchase. Keep it private — do not share, publish, or resell it. Activating on a device uses one activation slot; you can deactivate a device to free a slot. We may deactivate keys obtained through fraud, chargeback, or in breach of this Agreement.
You may not redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, or share the Software or your license key; remove or alter any notices; or reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except to the extent applicable law expressly permits despite this limitation.
The Software is sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment and applicable taxes. Refunds are handled per the policy shown at checkout (default: within 14 days of purchase). Lemon Squeezy's terms also apply to the purchase.
Updates and fixes for the version you purchased are provided at our discretion. A future major version may be offered as a separate paid product; you are never required to upgrade.
The Software is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Software, including all intellectual-property rights. This Agreement grants you no rights to our trademarks or branding.
Nudge interoperates with third-party tools, including Claude Code and the Claude desktop app. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, Slack, Apple, or any other third party. Their trademarks belong to their respective owners, and your use of those tools is governed by their own terms.
Use of the Software is subject to our Privacy Policy. In short: Nudge runs on your Mac and does not upload your session data.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future versions of macOS or the third-party tools it works with.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. Our total liability under this Agreement will not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.
This Agreement and your license terminate automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using and delete the Software.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
